đź“Ť Position: Youth Apprentice (Front & Back of House)
💼 What You’ll Do
As a Youth Apprentice at Rosati’s, you’ll gain experience across multiple areas of the restaurant while completing required competencies for school credit.
You will learn and assist with:
- Â Safe food handling and sanitation practicesÂ
- Â Customer service and guest interactionÂ
- Â Taking orders and operating the POS systemÂ
- Â Preparing and cooking menu itemsÂ
- Â Managing and organizing customer ordersÂ
- Â Cleaning and maintaining kitchen and service areasÂ
- Â Operating restaurant equipmentÂ
- Â Supporting inventory and basic business operationsÂ
You may also gain exposure to:
- Â Leadership and administrative tasksÂ
- Â Guest safety and security standardsÂ
- Â Basic financial and operational processesÂ
🎓 Program Requirements
Participants in the Youth Apprenticeship Program must:
- Â Be currently enrolled in high schoolÂ
- Â Work during approved school hoursÂ
- Â Complete 14 competencies per year
- Â 13 from the state-approved listÂ
-  1 may be customized to fit your role at Rosati’sÂ
